Agreement to Rent and use the Property of Skiplus Ski Hire
AGREE that any accident that occurs resulting from the use skis, snowboards, toboggans and equipment as a result of any cause whatsoever shall be my sole responsibility.
AGREE to indemnify and forever hold harmless and said SKIPLUS its agents and employees in respect to personal injury, death and property damage sustained by me/us or any other person or property whatsoever as a result of any accident referred to above.
AGREE to use the said skis, snowboards, toboggans and equipment at my/own risk and agree that SKIPLUS its agents and employees is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from any cause whatsoever including defect or negligence.
