T&Cs to Rent and use the Property of Skiplus Ski Hire

Equipment will be returned by 7:00pm or by appointment of day of return or extra hiring fees, at current rates, will apply.
If items not returned within 7 days of hire, full replacement cost will apply.
Items listed must be returned in good order and condition, otherwise replacement cost will apply.
I accept full responsibility for any breakage, loss or theft of any of the listed equipment.
Any items missing or damaged will occur a cost.
No condition of warranty is implied regarding safety or condition of any of the listed equipment. Skiplus will accept no responsibility for damaged chains or vehicles under any circumstance.
No refund for early return under any circumstances including resort or road closures and weather events once equipment has been collected.
Partial refund is available if equipment has not been collected or processed in store.
